About the Role

About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated NDIS Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to NDIS participants. In this role, you will support people with disabilities to live independently, participate in their communities, and achieve their personal goals. You will assist with daily living activities, household tasks, and community access in a respectful and empowering way.
Key Responsibilities

Provide assistance with daily living activities, including personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting).
Support with household tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
Assist with medication reminders and attending medical appointments where required.
Facilitate community participation, social outings, and recreational activities.
Offer transport support (using your own vehicle) to appointments, shopping, or community events.
Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
Accurately complete documentation, progress notes, and timesheets.
Report any safety concerns, incidents, or changes in client needs to the Care Time team.
Maintain a professional, respectful, and friendly presence in clients’ homes and community settings.
Work collaboratively with the Care Time team regarding scheduling and client updates.

Requirements

Essential Requirements


Previous experience in disability support, aged care, or community services (preferred).

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.

Valid First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference.

Right to work in Australia.
